DIETERATA A three-day purge may be desirable prior to initiating the Inner Clean Diet. This purge is useful especially if one has been a meat eater, refined flour and sugar eater, smoker, alcohol/drug user. Any one of these habits can contribute to a highly toxic condition of the entire system. The purge can be initiated by ingesting one bottle of citrate of magnesia upon awakening the first day only.
