Before conception, we exist to the Left of Maya, on a timeline that moves left to right. Lust; anger; greed; pride and attachment are unknown. We're born with no sense of discrimination; with no sense of prejudice; no sense of caste or color; no sense of race or racism; no sense of tribalism; no sense of exclusion; no sense of separation.
We're blissfully ignorant of the power and attraction of Maya; its illusory distractions of money; sex; passion; jealousy; attachment and loathing until we begin to fall under the influence of and interact with parents; siblings; relatives; caregivers; and teachers. Until we experience the conditions of the environments dictated by our destiny whereby we develop our own version of egotism and the subsequent spiritual affliction of pride.
We grow a body. We grow our brain, perhaps the most complicated thing in the world. And we grow it without even thinking about it. Fact is, a supremely intelligent Life Force of unknown origin, our Godself, created and sustains this wondrous miracle of life.
We've entered the physical world as a spiritual being in search of experience at the hands of teachers or at the hands of time, our choice. Proceeding on the Maya Timeline our consciousness evolves on a uniquely personal path. At the end, it's back to the Left of Maya where our evolution continues as we prepare for another incarnation, in a different body, in a different time, seeking more and different experiences, and with little or no conscious memory of our previous experiences.
Life's purpose is experience. The experience of serving; the experience of diversity; the experience of inclusion; the experience of forgiveness; the experience of compassion (not to know compassion is not to know Love); the experience of Ek Ong Kar, the One unified field of consciousness, all the while in the midst of Maya.
