Where
do you start? The most important component of any fitness program
is that commitment to making it happen. I have never liked the concept
of going on a diet. To me, a diet is something temporary. How you
eat, what you eat, how you exercise, when you exercise are all part
of an overall life style. To get fit, be fit and stay fit I set goals
and standards for myself. I have kept to those goals and standards.
If you want to follow my example and stay on the Path2Fitness, then
start by examining how you presently approach exercise and diet. If
you’re not satisfied, then you need to consciously map out changes
that will work for you. If you feel that you are fit, then you need
to make a commitment to yourself to keep doing what you are already
doing.
There is no ‘magic bullet’ that will help you lose weight
or get your body trim and toned. I’ve looked for the ‘magic
bullet’. What I found was that consistency in what and how much
I eat and what types of exercise I do together with how regularly
I exercise are the keys.
There are photos as well as links to short videos showing the various
types of exercises I do. To learn more, follow these links to exercise, yoga, eating better and supplements.
